Welcome to Indurent’s consultation website, where you can find out more about our proposals for the next phase of development at Indurent Park, Uttoxeter.
Our proposals form part of Indurent’s UK-wide programme to deliver high-quality, sustainable employment space in strategic locations across the country. Our plans for Phase Two represent the natural continuation of development on this site, which sits alongside the ‘West of Uttoxeter Sustainable Urban Extension’ (SUE), also known as Bramshall Meadows.
If approved, we will deliver high-quality industrial and logistics units through a landscape-led masterplan, focusing on sustainability, environmental enhancement and job creation. The scheme will bring wide-ranging socio-economic benefits for the local area, including providing and supporting up to 865 new jobs, an extra £400,000 in business rates to support local services, and an estimated £14.3 million of local economic investment each year.
The site benefits from a strategic location between Stoke-on-Trent and Derby, providing excellent access to the A50, A522 and the wider Strategic Road Network, making it ideally located for local and national occupiers.
There is a significant need for modern, sustainable employment space to meet regional demand. These proposals help address that need, supporting both existing businesses and new investment into Uttoxeter and East Staffordshire.
